S.T.A.R.T. is an acronym for Spiritual Connection/Setting intentions, Taking a breath, Awareness (self - mind, body, spirit), Rest, and Time-out.
I'm so excited to share my heart with you in this journal as you prioritize self-care and your wellbeing. This journal framework helped me so much in my journey of prioritizing my wellness. I looked back at my journals after experiencing a couple of health scares/"awakenings", and one day, wrote it down and now I get to share it with you.
As a nurse leader, you bear the noble responsibility of guiding, inspiring, and healing others. Yet, to lead with courage, genuine authenticity, and inspiration, your journey must start with you. It’s through the process of building resilience and personal empowerment that you will come to understand the profound importance of prioritizing your own well-being.

With these goals in sight, you will embark on a holistic assessment of the various areas of your life, allowing you to shine a light on those areas in need of extra attention and nurturing.
